You will manage a team of field sales engineers / regional sales engineers. As Head of Sales / Sales Manager your main focus is on team leadership but you will also manage key strategic accounts (industrial, engineering and manufacturing OEMs involved with machining, precision engineering and mechanical engineering disciplines).

• A Director of Sales / Head of Sales or Sales Manager who has experience within manufacturing, engineering, automation, automotive, aerospace and technical sectors (this is mechanical components sold via distributors and also to large aerospace and engineering OEMs)
• A Sales & Marketing Manager or Commercial Manager seeking a mix of sales leadership and key account management
• Alternatively a Technical sales engineer / Regional sales manager seeking that step up into a Head of Sales / senior sales jobs role
• Someone passionate about team development, mentoring and coaching a sales team
