Head of HR role to take Human Resources forward in a business ready for growth, change and investment.  Suited to a Head of Human Resources, a HR Manager or a Human Resources professional with ambition. 

• £65,000-75,000 plus company car or allowance, pension and health cover etc.

• Option for hybrid home working some days.

• Report to a newly appointed MD, and join a revamped leadership team

• £40million turn over business, part of a £500m Group with activities in four countries.

Head of HR role to take Human Resources forward in a business ready for growth, change and investment.  Suited to a Head of Human Resources, a HR Manager or a Human Resources professional with ambition. 

• Role is Head of HR, responsible HR for £40m turn over site.

• Flexible on background – but wanting that next step to be Head of HR, or an existing Head of HR hungry for a site that is pursuing change and improvement.

• Flexible on industry background providing industrial/engineering/manufacturing etc (any overlap great but not essential)

• We want some drive and energy. 

• We also need someone who can roll their sleeves up in a £40m t/o business, as well as help to steer the wider strategy with the rest of the leadership team.

• In addition to equipping the line managers across the business to deliver front line HR, there is the strategic challenge to assess and modernise the approach to HR in support of a growing business.

£65,000-75,000 plus company car or allowance, pension and health cover etc.

This role is commutable from Northwich, Knutsford, Holmes Chapel, Winsford, Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Cheshire and surrounds.
