Graduate Manufacturing Production Planner

£22,000-25,000-30,000 + Pension + bonus upto 20%

ST21 - Stafford / Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire 

Production planning and scheduling customer orders through the factory manufacturing process, purchasing stock and materials and monitoring inventory levels.

• Schedule customer orders into the production plan.
• Place purchasing orders for the required materials from the pre agreed suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels for production commodity materials and consumables.
• Liaise with colleagues to communicate production plans, manufacturing target dates and delivery dates.
• Attend the daily production operations meeting, and lead the weekly planning meeting.
• Ensure that the goods in and goods out calendar is updated daily and communicated to Operations.

This Production Planner role could suit a recent graduate, looking for their next career step after a year or so in a manufacturing workplace.  The role reports to the Operations Manager and there will be support and skills development from other managers in the business.

Salary Guideline: £22,000-25,000 + Pension + 20% bonus
