• Newly created Finance Manager jobs role or Financial Controller jobs role

• SAP essential. SME £3m t/o but part of larger German manufacturing company (so some intercompany reporting) 

• Friendly professional SME – celebrating their 75th year 

• HQ is near Peterborough (hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home approx.) 

• 10% pension. Private health. 28 days holiday plus stats (so 36 in total).

 

An overview of the Finance Manager Jobs Role

 

• Whilst this is definitely a senior role, it is still very much ‘hands on’ 

• Reporting into the MD of the UK subsidiary (the German parent company is a large company but the UK is an SME with £3m t/o approx.) 

• The ideal Finance Manager or Financial Controller will be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with 3-5 years + PQE

• The ideal Finance manager or Financial Controller will likely come from another agile, growth and continuous improvement focused SME (but we are open to candidates who want to pivot into this environment)

• SAP experience is highly beneficial
