We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an expanding SME in Aylesbury. Are you seeking Finance manager jobs or Financial Controller jobs in the Aylesbury, Thame, Tring, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas? You must have experience within an SME environment (ideally in that £2m to £10m size of business) where you “wear a number of hats”. The business is a consultancy business, operating within the environmental, sustainability and circular economy sectors (so it’s a highly professional B2B business)

Key requirements for this Finance Manager jobs role

• Experience of working in a SME environment
• Good solid accountancy background and experience of Sage accounts and Sage payroll
• Experience of HR management and payroll processing
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent English - written and spoken
• Self-reliant, well organised, able to prioritise, proactive
• Managing an assistant
• Project management skills including cost & profitability analyses
• Part of the leadership team

• Ideally within 20 miles of Local to Aylesbury
• Good eye for detail
