This Finance Manager jobs role, with a reputable and highly profitable engineering business. This is a 310 headcount business, with annual turnover in the region of £100m. The finance team is currently made up of 10 people within this.

Salary guideline: Fantastic base salary + car allowance + pension + bonus + holiday.

This Finance Manager job will suit:

• Experience of working within an engineering or manufacturing business of a similar magnitude.
• A background in Management Accounts and either a CIMA or ACA qualification.
• Accustomed to consulting and advising the board with financial forecasts.
• Any experience of systems integrations, i.e. ERP, CRM etc. The ERP system within this business is SAP S/4 Hana.

• Take full ownership of the finance function for the business and operate alongside the current board of directors.
• Overseeing the management accounts and generating monthly financial forecasts for the business.
• Implementing a consistent financial analysis and forecasting structure for the business.
• Working on a systems integration project, alongside a dedicated technical team. Ensuring full systems compliance with all internal departments upon completion.
