Finance Accounts Officer

LE19 Enderby, Leicester

Salary guideline: £34,000 + 5% pension and upto 5% company bonus

Finance role for a financial administrator with an Accounts Administrator, Finance Officer or Accounting Assistant skillset.

The finance Accounts Officer will be part of a small sales administration and customer support team, within the UK division of a multinational business. This is a small friendly motivated team, in a well organised business with great systems and equipment. The company’s products and services help to reduce energy wastage, increase efficiency and improve safety in energy, utilities and process industries. Many of the team are long-serving staff which shows this to be a great place to work in terms of professionalism, job security and staff-care.

Reporting to the UK Operations Manager, main duties include:

·Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.

·Bank reconciliation, cash flow, processing payments and managing reserve accounts for VAT and Corporation Tax.

·VAT returns and Payroll.

·Look after vehicle fleet management, office maintenance and office supplier contracts.

·Also take a flexible approach to supporting colleagues with customer support work; invoicing and collection of payment, placing orders and supporting the movement of goods in and out of the UK, and maintaining the company’s CRM system.

Salary guideline: £34,000 + 5% pension and upto 5% company bonus which often pays out at the higher level.2022 has been their best ever start to the year.
