• A rounded Operations Manager / Field Operations Manager
• Worked in an SME or a business unit that feels like an SME (20 to 100 head count sort of size)
• An Ops Manager who has managed multi-site operations or field based operations (less manufacturing and more a technical service in the field if possible)   
• Ideally experienced managing professional technical field operations (where there are field service engineers, technicians out in the field)
• So any Operations Managers one from technical services would be useful (could be field service, commissioning, engineering, utilities, construction, civil engineering etc. ; any environment where there are technical field professionals)
• Within 45 miles of Alfreton Derbyshire
• An Operations Manager who has helped streamline and improve a business;  instilling a lean culture, lean systems, SOPs etc. So someone who has done this and implemented things from scratch (quite pragmatically – this is not ready for a Six Sigma Black Belt!
