Export Sales Manager 

 

• Newly created Export Sales Manager / Director of International Sales 

• Multi-national manufacturer of precision components (mechanical components into aero/pharma/semiconductors)

• Manage global distributors across Asia, EMEA and US

• Senior strategic role : part of the senior leadership team 

 

Are you a Sales Director, Director of Sales, Export Sales Manager or Director of International Sales? Are you seeking a senior sales jobs role with a multi-national manufacturer? 1000 + global headcount but UK operates as an agile, fast growth SME with 170+ headcount. Sales are driven by global distributors. The business is investing millions of pounds in stock holding (they have global manufacturing) so that you will be able to solve stock / supply chain issues and capitalize on exponential sales growth / international demand.

 

What we are looking for 

 

• Global sales experience 

• A background in finding, setting up and managing global distributors. We want someone who has a robust and structured approach to distributor management 

• Experience of precision components / parts. That could be into aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical – but ideally medium to high volume mechanical engineering parts

• An understanding of highly regulated sectors (aerospace, oil and gas, nuclear, medical, pharmaceutical

• Ideally degree educated and wanting to work for an expanding, ambitious global business, which is investing millions of pounds

• 170 + headcount business (in the UK) so whilst it is a senior role in a large business, you will still have that SME mentality in terms of being a ‘doer’ 

 

This Export Sales Manager jobs role has work from home flexibility and international travel. You will ideally be based in the Midlands commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Lincoln, Sheffield, Loughborough, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire etc.
