This Event Coordinator job will involve:

• Supporting the delivery of an incredibly diverse range of in-person and virtual events including exhibitions, webinars, VIP visits, and unique visitor experience days.  
• Coordination of event logistics, event schedules and project management.
• Onsite support for events and conferences.
• Supporting the delivery and promotion of webinar programmes.
• Supporting the production of materials and content related to events such as graphics, brochures and branded items.

This Event Coordinator job will suit:

• You will have previous experience of working in a events management / events coordination, ideally within a B2B environment.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person who will enjoy supporting a diverse range of in-person and virtual events.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, suppliers, customers at all levels.
