This Estimator job will suit:

• An Estimator or somebody working within a role that involves a large amount of estimating together with experience of the processes involved with sheet metal manufacturing.  
• You will be proficient is using MS Office software to be able to produce accurate quotes and create detailed tender documents.
• The company pride themselves on ‘quality’ so you will have an eye for detail; good communication skills; a good standard of mathematics; strong organisational skills.  

This Estimator job will have the following responsibilities:

• As an Estimator you will produce accurate quotes and create detailed tender documents.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates from engineering drawings.
• Accurately estimate work times using your experience of sheet metal / fabrications manufacturing processes.
• Produce carefully written proposals.
• Continuously work to improve the accuracy of work time estimates.
• Respond to general customer enquiries providing an excellent level of customer service.

• 60 headcount engineering SME, professional and stable business.
• £24,000 to £28,000 salary commensurate with experience plus paid overtime.
• Benefits include; company pension; bonus scheme; 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (this increase to 25 days with length of service); Perkbox discounts.
• Hours of Work : Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.45pm and Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm.
