  • Ideally you will be a Chartered Engineer (or similar level)

  • Process industries ; utilities, power, water, pharma. Ideally water industry experience – the company supplies large water treatment systems to the likes of Severn Trent, Thames Water, Anglian Water etc

This Engineering Director jobs role will suit:

  • A chartered engineer – ideally mechanical – or similar

  • Some experience with large capital projects / capital equipment / high value large mechanical equipment (this is NOT manufacturing small components)

  • Ideally experience of the UK water industry – aware of the AMP (asset management plan) cycle. However we are flexible if you have similar capital equipment experience into wider utilities / process industries

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong mentoring and coaching ability – working with the engineering team to improve their performance and skill level

This Engineering Director appointment is commutable from Bristol, Chippenham, Swindon, Bath, Cirencester, Gloucester, Cheltenham or areas within striking distance of Wiltshire
