Essential Experience

Some experience of documentation in an engineering or manufacturing setting - maybe quality systems, compliance, SOPs, FAT (factory acceptance tests) validation etc. Full training provided
You do NOT need to be an engineer in this role - its attention to detail that is the key and working across the business on validation process for new products
They are brilliant at training and developing people. So you will be keen to learn
Exposure to highly regulated sectors (aerospace, oil and gas, nuclear, medical, pharmaceutical , automotive) would be beneficial or someone wanting to enter this professional structured world
150 to 200 headcount business so an SME mentality in terms of being a ‘doer’
