As Electrical Design Manager you will lead, manage and develop a team of Electrical Design Engineers. Team headcount will roughly be 5-10 Engineers depending upon project requirements. You will assess customer technical requirements / consult with customers to agree technical specifications / project requirements and drive projects forward through the engineering team accordingly.

• We are looking for an Electrical Design Manager / Chief Electrical Design Engineer / Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager candidate that is passionate about leading and developing people to create a proactive, forward thinking team culture. 
• You are will be degree qualified in an electrical/electronic engineering discipline.
• The company work on UK Defence projects so it is a requirement of this role that you have to be a sole British Citizen to obtain the relevant level of security clearance.
