This Director of Quality jobs role will suit:

• A Quality Director, Head of Quality or Director of Quality with a broad background across OpEx (operational excellence), CI, lean, H&S and quality systems
• You will be very commercially and business focused
• A senior Quality professional who has been a key part of a senior leadership team (or wanting this as the next step)
• Ideally your experience as a Quality Director, Head of Quality or Director of Quality will have been gained in very diverse environments. Whilst we will consider senior quality candidates from manufacturing, it’s worth noting that this is a highly diverse business. As a result you will ideally be accustomed to working in a matrix structure, with lots of different business units / types of operations or multi sites where there is more complexity when it comes to driving group / business wide continuous improvement initiatives
