This head of Quality or Director of quality jobs role will suit:

• A senior Quality Manager, Head of Quality or Director of Quality
• You must have electronics manufacturing experience and it must be medium to high volume (with robust six sigma, FMEA, APQP, 8d, PPAP, DFMEAs, PFMEAs rigour or similar)
• Sector wise we are very flexible – you may have been involved with electronics that is going into defence, automotive, aerospace, telecoms etc. (so long as it’s medium to high volume electronics manufacturing)
• Must be a data driven Head of Quality ; dashboards of statistical process controls, first-time pass rate, rejects and Gemba to identify, isolate and rectify quality issues across the manufacturing cycle
• You will need to be commutable to the Egham / Sunbury sort or region (commutable from Farnham, Woking, Esher, Iselworth, Slough, Chertsey, Windsor, Crowthorne, Bracknell, Guildford)
