• Manage a team of 40 field based engineers

• Would suit a Service Manager who wants to be more strategic as it reports directly into the CEO

• £20m t/o business set to double to £40m t/o. Already experienced 146% growth in the last 2 years

• This Field Operations Manager jobs role / Director of Operations jobs role would suit a senior Ops Manager who has managed field operations – driving SLA, mobilisation etc

• You will need some sort of engineering background/understanding – it’s more electrical / software / interfacing a piece of hardware into a client solution (so some sort of overlap or technical ability)

• £75,000 - £85,000 TBC + car or car allowance. Still being defined. Rule out if seeking over £95,000

Are you a Service manager, Field Operations Manager or Director of Operations? Have you got experience of managing a team of field engineers and driving improvements to service / support? This role reports directly into CEO of a fast growth technology business who do on site field installations of both hardware and then software to link the solution.

• But some technical / engineering understanding of connecting a piece of hardware to a customer system via software

• Role is both strategic and tactical - reports into CEO. Chance to become Chief Operations Officer 

• We need someone who has managed  field teams/field operations

• Must have experience of managing field based teams / field operations and driving improvements

• This is NOT EV charging but that type of project management and operations management or utility metering or field based installed products or similar would be a suited background

• An Ops Manager or Director of Operations who wants to work for a business which has grown 146% and are set to double to £40m turnover in due course.
