This Director of Continuous Improvement jobs role will suit:

• A Continuous Improvement Director, Operational Excellence Director, Head of Continuous Improvement or Director of Continuous Improvement with a broad background across OpEx (operational excellence), CI, lean, H&S and quality system. Quality still plays a large part in this role so you will need some strong quality experience to complement the business wide CI experience
• You will be very commercially and business focused
• A senior CI professional who has been a key part of a senior leadership team (or wanting this as the next step)
• Ideally your experience as a Continuous Improvement Director, Operational Excellence Director, Head of Continuous Improvement or Director of Continuous Improvement will have been gained in very diverse environments. Whilst we will consider senior CI candidates from manufacturing, it’s worth noting that this is a highly diverse business. As a result you will ideally be accustomed to working in a matrix structure, with lots of different business units / types of operations or multi sites where there is more complexity when it comes to driving group / business wide continuous improvement initiatives
