Customer Service Manager, Permanent, Coventry
Excellent salary, part of the management team.
·Manage Customer Service delivery to business customers B2B in manufacturing and logistics business.
·The Customer Service Manager will lead the customer service team to best in class customer service delivery. Lead by example as a beacon of customer excellence.
·Introduce new customer service processes and systems.
·Ensure that customer service goes beyond your immediate team, and engage with design, manufacturing and logistics colleagues to improve the customer experience.
·Champion the complaints and queries processes, and proactively seek feedback and customer satisfaction data from customers via the customer service process.
·Manufacturing business, strong market share supplying customers throughout the UK and Europe.
·Manage the team in terms of recruitment, measurables, skills training and discipline.
·Join a manufacturing production business with a great attitude to continuous improvement in all aspects of the company.
·Excellent salary, part of the management team.. Monday-Friday Dayshift.
