Are you seeking customer service jobs or customer support jobs in the Wolverhampton, Wednesfield, Heath Town Walsall region? This is an Internal Account Executive job with a business that has fantastic offices, friendly staff and dealing with friendly customers (this is NOT dealing with disgruntled customers!!). You will account manage a multi million pound blue chip company so you need to be from a highly professional environment (B2B and really set a high bar when it comes to customer service) 

 

What we need for this Customer Service Advisor jobs role : 

 

• Someone who can work in a really fast paced dynamic environment

• Someone who has experience of managing a project internally (i.e. with production or similar ;  making sure things are running smoothly rather than just doing the customer side)

• OR good attention to detail – can handle some data / Excel work – this is not lots of small customers on the phone, it’s managing a large account where we need someone to have that detail side!

• Someone who is professional enough to work with a blue-chip business who have very high standards.  

• Very strong customer service experience 

• Dynamic, able to work with velocity and tempo
