Main Responsibilities

• Manage the progression of major proposals Management and preparation of high-quality value propositions in response to Customer Invitation to Tender

• Coaching of Bid team members

• Review and communication of Customer requirements to wider stakeholder group and presenting Bid/No Bid recommendations

• Creation and maintenance of bid plans to support management action and response timescales

·        Develop continuous improvement plans for the bidding process

·        Creation and maintenance of bid plans to support management action and response timescales

We are looking for a commercial manager candidate who:

·        Proven experience managing major proposals and bids in a similar industry

·        Experience in complex technical & commercial negotiations

·        Ideally some sort of background in engineering or manufacturing

·        Ability to build effective working relationships

·        Previous project management experience would be desirable
