·PFMEA NPI and Process Improvement Engineer job in Advanced CNC and assemblies manufacturing engineering business.

·Low volume batch work, supporting the development of prototype parts, NPI and process improvement.

·Problem solving jigs a fixtures CNC Engineer role.

·Dayshift role – no rotating patterns.

CNC. CADCAM. Jigs & Fixtures. Tooling. NPI. Manufacturing Engineer. Continuous Improvement in CNC Machining

·Production Process Improvement and Manufacturing NPI, in a CNC, prototype assemblies and low volume precision engineered components manufacturing engineer process.

·Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing focused job for a Manufacturing Engineer, looking at jogs and fixtures, PFMEA’s, improving tooling and gauging, and solving internal production engineering concerns.

·Run manufacturing process improvement activities, triggered by non conformance and concern resolution, and also by lean manufacturing NPI and process improvement projects.

·CNC Precision machining manufacturing engineering business.

·Dayshift role, Monday to Friday (early finish).

Opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled engineering team with modern machinery, supporting the manufacture of complex low volume and prototype components by playing your part with process improvement, PFMEA’s, NPI, jigs and fixtures, tooling to improve gauging and tolerance.  Working with colleagues from different functions to develop and deliver production improvement to engineering processes reaching into new product introduction, CADCAM hand over into manufacturing, production process improvements and clearly defined SOPs and work instructions.  Experience with Solidworks or SolidCAM an advantage.

Salary & Package: £32,000-36,000 as a guideline. 

This job is commutable from Kenilworth, Warwick, Coventry.
