Salary TBC likely to be £48,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + car + £15,000 - £17,000 realistic commission based on last 3 years performance (so total package over £70,000). Plus then 10% pension + 36 days holiday

·        You may be a Sales Manager who has experience of selling capital equipment into engineering, plastics, manufacturing, food or wider industrial sectors

·        Alternatively you may be a Senior Sales engineer who wants to lead a small team and get involved with strategy

·        They are great at training and will give structured training on their equipment (which is market leading)

·        They are celebrating their 75th year. They are very well established and a market leader

·        This is a unique opportunity to have real direct influence on the business in the UK as part of the senior leadership team

·        You can influence how its run, devise new initiatives, look at the strategy etc. They are currently looking at a new tooling partnership in uk to bring in new revenue streams as an example

·        The majority of customers are from an established customer base ; so when you are doing your own sales activity it is quite account management in focus.
