Are you a call centre manager who wants to work in a more consultative B2B environment? Do you want to lead and coach a stable, established team involved in selling software to businesses? We are looking for an experienced coach to assist in the further development the existing sales team and enable them to reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for your own lead generation and leading by example for the team.

This Call Centre Manager responsibilities:

  • This role focuses on fostering growth within the outbound sales team and work on improving techniques and processes to increase the development of the team

  • Lead training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff demonstrating new methods to improve sales techniques and how to overcome challenges

  • Take responsibility for developing your own leads and lead the team by example

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and identify areas for improvement

This Call Centre Manager will suit:

  • Previous experience coaching & mentoring is essential for this role

  • Experience in B2B sales is essential for this role

  •  Proven track record of developing your own leads

  • Ideally from an IT/Tech background but we can be flexible on industry

  • Passionate about mentoring and coaching others
