CAD CAM Programmer

• Days based CNC programming position within a growing business. Hypermill CAD CAM package used.
• 4 day working week Monday to Thursday! 6am-4pm Monday to Wednesday and 6am – 3:30pm on a Thursday. 37.5 hours per week.
• Rate of pay up to £22.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will need to have a strong CADCAM background (Hypermill) and enjoy hands on activities.

Multiple positions, could suit either a Miller or a Turner.

This CAD CAM Engineer job will suit:

• An experience Engineer within a CNC precision engineering environment.
• Strong CADCAM Skills – The role will include a significant amount of offline programming. Hypermill experience is needed.
• Previous hands on experience as a Machinist– awareness for production processes, both CNC milling and turning. If you have completed an apprenticeship then that would be advantageous.

The CADCAM Programmer job will involve:

• A high amount of offline CADCAM Programming, some online programming too.
• Continuously reviewing production processes and techniques to improve efficiency. You will be working alongside established CNC and Manual Machinists, to problem solve and identify new opportunities.

The CADCAM Production Engineer job’s working environment, opportunities and rewards:
