Are you seeking senior Bids jobs, commercial manager jobs or proposal jobs? Are you passionate or interested in engineering and manufacturing?

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the progression of major proposals 

• management and preparation of high-quality value propositions in response to Customer Invitation to Tender

• Coaching of Bid team members

• Review and communicate customer requirements to wider stakeholder group and presenting Bid/No Bid recommendations

• Creation and maintenance of bid plans to support management action and response timescales

• Develop continuous improvement plans for the bidding process

We are looking for a commercial manager candidate who:

·Proven experience managing major proposals and bids in a similar industry

·Experience in complex technical & commercial negotiations

·Ideally some sort of background in engineering or manufacturing

·Ability to build effective working relationships

·Previous project management experience would be desirable
