This Automotive Test Engineer job will suit:

• We are really looking for a candidate that has an understanding of test instrumentation and its application within an automotive research and development environment e.g. engine, emissions, powertrain, vehicle systems testing.

• You may have developed your career within an Automotive Test Engineer, Development Engineer or worked for a provider of test solutions / test equipment / test services.

• You are likely to be degree qualified in a mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar engineering / technology discipline.

  The Automotive Test Engineer job will involve:

• Specify the requirements for the integration of new test instruments and devices into product platforms.

• Coordination of requirements input from other group companies, customers and end users.

• Understand how test instruments and devices and utilised in an automotive test environment and be able to translate those functions into future product feature requirements.

• You will be working in a truly global business so will have the opportunity to work collaboratively on development projects with globally distributed teams.
