Technical Sales, Sales Engineer, solution based sales role working for a Multinational Automotive Engineering business, excellent opportunity for a technical / Customer focused professional to work for a business who get involved on complex automotive engineering projects and provide bespoke solutions.
This job will suit:
- Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Field sales, Area Sales or commercial professional looking for a customer facing position.
- Ideally a background working within mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, automotive engineering or aerospace engineering.
- Accustomed to covering a territory and providing a solution based sales approach – NOT just door knocking and selling from a catalogue.

The job will involve:
- Dealing with engineering clients predominantly within the automotive industry, helping to solve engineering problems for customers.
- Building relationships and maximizing existing accounts as well as developing new contacts for customers that are within the sales territory.
- As this role is territory based it will have flexibility of office / home based work. Full and ongoing support is provided by the management team including regular meetings and visits.
This job is commutable from Mansfield, Nottingham, Kirkby in Ashfield, Hucknall, Ripley, Derby, Leicester and the surrounding areas covering an East Midlands territory.
