Account Manager, LU5, Dunstable, Luton

Account Manager, Internal Sales, Customer service professional to work within a £15m t/o manufacturing / engineering business who supply engineering components into rail, automotive, aerospace, industrial engineering etc.  NO cold calling, purely dealing with existing customers.

This job will suit:

• An Account Manager, Internal Sales, Customer Service professional.  Someone who has worked in a role that looks after a B2B customer base.
• Industry knowledge isn’t essential, more about the people skills, being a professional and having the correct attitude.
• Someone passionate about customer service – This business has a gold star award industry standards award for their levels of customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (Written & verbal), able to commute into a facility near Dunstable.
