What does your role involve?

I work closely with engineering SME’s to support them with recruiting the best talent available for their vacancies. I also build strong relationships with candidates to give them the sufficient support they need to make their next career move. I have been with Euro Projects for 11 years and still have that buzz of coming up with the solution for both my customers and candidates. 

I enjoy supporting both candidates and clients achieve their goals! If someone is unhappy in a role and we place them with one of our brilliant customers that is really rewarding to have an impact on their life and overall happiness. Likewise, if a client is desperate to fill a critical role for their business and we are able to do that for them then this is equally something I take great satisfaction from.
