Shirley Hawkins is an experienced HR consultant, coach, and CIPD Fellow with a background in European manufacturing and SMEs across technical, engineering, and charity sectors. Covering the full HR lifecycle, she’s a trusted, practical advisor who uses personality profiling to guide individuals through workplace challenges, coaching, and outplacement support.

David Hornsey represents the Forces Employment Charity, where he plays a vital role in supporting the UK’s Armed Forces community as they transition into civilian employment. At our upcoming HR Roundtable, David will share insights into the work of the charity’s Career Transition Partnership (CTP) - a long-standing programme that bridges the gap between military service and the world of work.

Cassandra Andrews is a Therapeutic Coach, author, and keynote speaker.
