What does your role involve?

Since joining as a graduate trainee, I now manage multiple recruitment projects, sourcing candidates, interviewing and short listing. I particularly enjoy coaching candidates in the process, helping them to exceed expectations at interview.

What do you like about working at Euro Projects?

We have an incredibly supportive team who always seek to exceed expectations with the service we provide candidates and customers. We are always keen to develop our techniques and processes to improve as a team and as a business.

Outside of work I like to keep healthy by regularly going to the gym and exploring the countryside with my dog and family
