14% more candidates registered to our website in January, compared with our 2018 12 month average. This represents our highest number of active candidates recorded in a one month period. Interestingly, very few candidates were from Jaguar Land Rover or the immediate Tier One supply chain.
Furthermore, Engineering and Manufacturing vacancies registered in January are slightly up on our 2018 12 month average, suggesting the sector remains buoyant despite JLR’s news.
