The Workshop Coordinator Role

As Workshop Coordinator, you will help ensure the workshop operates smoothly, efficiently, and in a customer-focused manner. This is a broad and varied coordination role combining workshop scheduling, administration, customer liaison, operational support, and service coordination responsibilities.

You will work closely with technicians, workshop staff, management, and customers to support daily workshop activities while helping maintain strong service standards and operational organisation.

Key Responsibilities
