We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business. Do you have a back ground in high end luxury goods or services? Have you dealt with high net worth individuals/products or services in the UK and internationally? Our client is looking for a proven Sales Director who can identify opportunities, grow a business as well as being able to research and advise on future strategies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take over as the General Manager in the near future.
The job will suit:
- Sales management or Sales Director with proven analytical skills: Cost of sale, pricing policy, profitable sales volumes, value proposition.
- Ability to drive sales and sales strategies
- Work autonomously to drive the business forward to achieve set goals
- A person looking for that next step into the role of GM.

The job will involve:
- Oversee the B2C marketing and online sales strategies, using a digital marketing route to market.
- Working with the GM to identify new opportunities through intelligent and informed decision making
- Developing strategies to increase online sales enquiries with overseas customers,
- Creating business models to understand return on investment.
- Seeking out ideas to increase online enquiry conversion for new products and new territories.
- Supporting the General Manager with aspects of GM r activities like P&L, business risk, forecasting and market trends and future strategy.
