Senior Quality Manager / Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Northampton – Bicester (multi-site UK role)
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + £6,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus

We are recruiting a Senior Quality Manager (Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager) to lead Quality across three UK manufacturing and distribution sites supplying OEM customers.

This Quality Manager role is ideal for a Manufacturing Quality Manager, Quality Lead, or Quality Systems Manager who wants ownership of OEM compliance, customer assurance, and a scalable Quality Management System.

The Role
As Quality Manager / Quality Lead, you will:

• Lead multi-site Quality across manufacturing and distribution operations

• Act as senior interface for OEM customers, audits, and approvals

• Own and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9120 (or equivalent)

• Drive Right First Time quality, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction

This is a high-impact Head of Quality / Senior Quality Manager position with visibility at board and customer level.

Key Experience
We are looking for a Quality Manager / Quality Assurance Manager with:

• OEM-facing or supplier quality / manufacturing quality experience

• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 8D, Six Sigma

• Experience in customer and third-party audits

• Multi-site leadership experience

Package

• £70,000–£75,000 salary
