Quality Engineer Essential Experience

• A quality technician, quality engineer or quality inspector who can read engineering drawings, understand geometric tolerances
• Experience of a FARO arm or similar measuring device would be beneficial along with the ability to use single axis height gauge
• Good IT skills, experience of excel spread sheets to collate data
• Any experience of completing PPAP documents for measured items
• Hours: 7.30am to 4.45pm M-T half day Friday
• Typical daily/weekly tasks would include:
• First off pass off-measurement
• Patrol inspection/liaising with operators and ensuring in process controls/gauging OK
• PPAP measurement and documentation (we can train on the documentation)
• Process audits
• Problem solving/quality issue investigation
