• Supervise the work of 20-25 assembly operatives / stores operatives.
• Benchmark £26-28,000 salary.  Monday – Friday.  NO SHIFTS.
• Organising varied workloads including some regular repeat orders alongside special projects with peaks in demand.  Report to the Factory Manager.

The Production Supervisor job will involve:

• Supervise the work of 20-25 assembly operatives / stores operatives.
• Ensuring shop floor H&S and work place standards are kept to.
• Organising the assembly of products on time in full.  This involves planning ahead, ensuring stock availability, production planning, overseeing kitting for the following day, and the assembly to dispatch of production / assembly activities.
• Reporting to the Factory Manager.
• Organising varied workloads including some regular repeat orders alongside special projects with peaks in demand.
