About the Company
This specialist manufacturing organisation operates within the medical device sector, producing highly regulated, precision-engineered products where quality, traceability, and compliance are fundamental. The business is experiencing sustained growth and continued investment, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced production leader to join during a pivotal stage of expansion.
Unlike traditional high-volume manufacturing environments focused primarily on speed and output, this organisation operates within a quality-led manufacturing model where craftsmanship, process integrity, and product excellence are critical.

You will join a skilled, dedicated, and mission-driven team where your leadership will have visible impact across production performance, team development, and operational capability.

This is a broad leadership role combining production management, manufacturing leadership, planning, scheduling, materials management, quality oversight, and team development.
Success in this position is not defined by high-volume throughput or production speed. Instead, you will lead a production culture built around accuracy, compliance, precision, traceability, craftsmanship, and zero-defect manufacturing principles.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production capability supports business growth while maintaining exceptionally high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
