We are happy to look at Manufacturing Managers, Operations Directors, Operations Managers or General Managers from wider engineering / manufacturing sectors providing that they are highly regulated industries with a keen focus on quality standards (aero / medical / automotive / scientific / food etc.)

As Manufacturing Director / Operations Director you will ideally have a proven track record of problem-solving for improving processes, increasing efficiency and profits with expanding SMEs (maybe having taken a business from £12m t/o through to £20m t/o or similar). An Ops Director / Manufacturing Director who can structure a business to scale for growth.

• The company value loyalty so you will ideally have demonstrated length of tenure (with stints of 5+ years in your previous Manufacturing Director, Operations Manager jobs or Operations Director appointments or similar)

• You will have strong lean experience (Six Sigma trained or similar).

• This senior role would also suit a senior Manufacturing manager or Plant Manager who is seeking that next step to be Director of Manufacturing / Director of Operations
