What we are seeking in this Management Accountant Jobs Role

• Within 20 miles approx. of Sinfin Derby

• A Finance professional who wants to work in a growth focused business. You will likely want to grow with a company and have the chance to progress to be Finance Manager, Financial Controller and in time maybe even FD/CFO down the line

• You could either be a Management Accountant, Finance Manager or a Senior Accountant looking to be the number one finance person within a fast growth business

• You could be someone in practice seeking that step into industry

• Ideally you will have experience of high volumes of transactions (or an ability to handle this pace). The pace/cadence of the business is quite high – lots of products, high volume transactions

• We want someone who is SME focused – someone who is friendly, loyal and continuous improvement focused (they are just implementing a new ERP system SAP Business ONE)

• We are flexible on sector background but ideally with a reasonable volume (so supplying products to lots of different customers or from a distribution background etc) BUT we are flexible if someone really meets the family ethos of the business
