We are currently hiring a Head of Manufacturing to oversee multi-site manufacturing operations in Leicestershire and the wider Midlands region. This Head of Manufacturing position is ideal for candidates progressing from Manufacturing Operations Manager or Production Manager roles, as well as experienced Head of Manufacturing professionals seeking a new leadership challenge.

The Head of Manufacturing will lead operations across several sites, focusing on improving productivity, developing teams and driving performance. Candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Operations Manager or Production Manager will find their skills highly transferable into this Head of Manufacturing role.

As Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for developing CapEx plans, improving operational efficiency, and implementing KPI frameworks such as OEE. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational leadership, making it highly attractive to Manufacturing Operations Manager and Production Manager candidates.
