Fleet Controller jobs role with a successful fleet management and vehicle hire business. This role is specifically working on public sector contracts which are a growth area for the business.

This Fleet Controller job will suit:

• We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of working within a Fleet Controller, Fleet Administration, Maintenance Controller or similar role.
• The role will be customer facing (telephone and email mainly) so you will have the personal qualities to work effectively and build good relationships with customers.
• Any experience of working within a HGV or LCV environment would be beneficial but not absolutely essential.

Fleet Controller Responsibilities:

• Proactive customer communication and support via the telephone and email ensuring customers are updated on the progress of repairs, breakdown and warranty.
• Breakdown management – end to end incident management of public sector vehicles and recovery supply chain management.
• Liaising with external repair agents – booking in repairs; maintenance and service scheduling; MOT management; vehicle compliance; invoice checking and challenging when necessary.
• Supporting Fleet Engineers and Managers to support the management and development of customer relationships.

This Fleet Controller job is commutable from Leicester, Narborough, Hinckley, Anstey, Lutterworth, Countesthorpe, Market Bosworth.
