This Engineering Director jobs role will suit:

·      A chartered engineer – ideally mechanical

·      Some experience with large capital projects / capital equipment / high value large mechanical equipment (this is NOT manufacturing small components)

·      Strong project management skills

·      Strong mentoring and coaching ability – working with the engineering team to improve their performance and skill level
