  • Job role with initial training; working from home with a requirement to attend in person business meetings, generally in the Cambridgeshire area

  • Working within a technology business who support marketers in delivering on brand marketing material

  • Some of their customers include Children with Cancer UK, Sue Ryder, Mencap, Parkinson’s UK, Just Eat, Woodgreen Animal Shelter

  • You ideally need to have an interest in Business and Technology, with a general interest in and understanding of Design and Marketing

  • You will be working alongside other CSTs and supporting the Customer Success Manager, so you will need to be a natural team player; keen to develop yourself within the role and through the business

  • Good presentation skills are important, both remote and in-person presentations are a part of this role

  • Ideally have an understanding of OKRs and KPIs

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required and a confidence in dealing with customers

Initial training will be given in the role, but this is a position that will suit someone with excellent communication skills who wants to learn more about business, marketing and exceeding customer expectations; Someone who is a good self-starter with a keenness to set themselves objectives and seek milestones; Someone who is organised with a strong personal development mindset

We are open with your background – you may be in retail seeking a more office / business based job (or similar). You MUST have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter and be wanting a long term professional career
