CNC Miller

• Setter / Operator position for an established engineering business. Very secure sector that is growing rapidly.
• Three shift system so flexibility is needed. Training can be provided for the right person.
• Average earnings c£35,000 per annum (excluding overtime).

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join a growing, engineering SME. This is on a three shift system working mornings, days, and nights midweek. Could suit a CNC Operator who wants to learn more setting.

Scope to progress into more technical fields. Training can be offered for the right person with a positive attitude who wants to develop. Plenty of overtime opportunities available (that isn’t mandatory)

Salary & Hours: £12.98 per hour base + Shift Premium (23% once averaged) + Monthly profit related bonus paying c£300+ recently. Overtime paid at x1.5 hourly rate.

This CNC Miller job will suit:

• An experienced CNC Miller who has setting and operating experience.
• Used to faster paced manufacturing and have ideally worked within an engineering SME.
• Some formal engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of Mori Seiki or HAAS machines.
