Bench Operative

• Seeking Operatives with experience of using hand tools.
• This position does rotate across days, afternoons, and nights.

Salary & Package: £19,500 + shift premium (adds c£2,000 over the year).

This job will suit:

• Come from a production / manufacturing / hands on role.
• Someone who likes being hands on and using different tools for production.
• Flexible to work shifts – mornings, afternoons, nights – and help with overtime (paid time and a half).

The job will involve:

• Working to engineering drawings and using tools.
• Following drawing instructions.
• Making sure products meet quality standards and work to production targets.
