What does your role involve?
I joined Euro Projects in January 2008, to specialise in supplying staff into the Food, Drink, Brewing and other hygienic process sectors. This involves regular communication, visits to customers, meeting our contractors on site and attending industry events. I try to make every customer, whether brand new or known for decades, feel extra-special, that they are my top priority.
Working in engineering recruitment provides a big challenge, due to the scarcity of engineers in the UK. It’s a challenge I am up for though, and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than finding that right person – they are happy to have the job that moves their career on and our customer is happy to have their problem solved.
What do you like about working at Euro Projects?
Having been in the recruitment industry for over thirty years, I can quite honestly say this is the best place I have ever worked. The team work is brilliant, everyone pulls together, putting the customer and candidate first rather than their own ends.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Spending time with family and spending time in our apartment in Poland.
