We can provide this as a stand-alone service or an integral part of a recruitment campaign, profiling candidates at interview stage and providing personality profiles with interview notes and CV’s. This is an ideal way for interviewers to have an insight into their interviewees and allows interviewers to explore any issues the reports raise at the interview.
