We ensure that everyone we put forward has been contacted by one of our Consultants and has undertaken pre-selection screening activity.
Details such as interviewer’s comments, salary expectations, notice period, availability and location preferences are all included in the information we supply upon presentation of a candidate.
We will also organise all client interview arrangements, including advising candidates in writing of their interview details, including who they will meet, where and when.
We can organise Psychometric Profiling of candidates on behalf of clients.
We assist with offer negotiation and will also obtain references if requested to do so.
